I have never been to Mardi Gras myself, and New Orleans is one of my favorite cities, so I really need someone to wear this to a parade so I can live out my vintage NOLA party dreams vicariously. This vintage 1980's or 1990's dress is a silk chiffon base with beading and sequins throughout. Please note that due to its weight, this item will ship for $10.
