1980's High, Ruffle Neck Blouse | Bethany

This vintage late 1970's early 1980's blouse is likely a polyester chiffon. It's a bit sheer but probably wearable with simple undergarments. It buttons down the shoulder and ends in a high, ruffled neck. The sleeves are voluminous and button at the cuffs.
