Returns

Due to the unique nature of vintage (and the fact that we're essentially a micro business!) we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. In store, you are welcomed and encouraged to try things on when purchasing. Online, we are happy to answer any questions that you may have to ensure that you are confident in making your purchase!

Shipping

We typically ship within 2-3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class Package), which is usually delivered within the United States in 2-5 business days. If you need something sooner or shipped internationally, please contact us before placing your order. 

Assuming you have provided your email address with your order, tracking information will automatically be relayed to you.

Pickup

If you have opted for free, local pickup instead of shipping, you may do so at the shop location during our regular business hours Th-Sun 12-5pm. Please pick up your item(s) within 30 days. If you are unable to pick up your item(s) within this time frame or are unable to make it to the shop during our regular hours, please consider shipping as an option. We are not Amazon but do our best to keep shipping prices competitive and affordable; many items can ship for just $5!

Much like your neighborhood dry cleaners, BSV is not liable for purchased item(s) that are not picked up within 30 days. After 30 days, they may be donated or resold.
