1970's Bell Sleeve Velvet Dress

This vintage 1970's dress could go many ways: 70's groovy formal vibes or costume/Renaissance Faire vibes. The color is a fabulous rich mustard yellow, and it has metallic almost iridescent trim at the empire waist and sleeves. There are no tags, so there's a good chance it was handmade.
