This 1970's dagger collar floral blouse is a popover style; it buttons about halfway down with blue pearlescent buttons. There are double buttons at each cuff to match. The is no fabric tag, but it feels like a lighter weight, silkier polyester. The fun floral print is in multiple shades of blue and avocado green.
