This Gino Charles gold lurex threaded hostess dress dates from 1964 to 1973 based on the ILGWU (union) tag. The brand, a division of Malcolm Starr, debuted in 1966. This is a gorgeous, multicolor, split neck hostess dress accented with purple felt at the waist and hem and gold paillettes. It is fully lined in 2 layers, one that feels like silk and one that's maybe a poly chiffon. There are some minor tears in the lining and fraying of the gold threads, but it is otherwise in great condition.
