This late 1960's or early 1970's maxi dress is NOS (new old stock) or deadstock, as it still has the tags. There is no brand tag, but based on the RN this is from River Togs Inc. That company was solely owned by mobster Salvatore Avellino, Jr, and he was investigated by the National Labor Relations Board. So this is basically a mob dress. You're welcome.
