1990's Cotton Floral Midi Skirt | Smythe & Company

This skirt may be older than 1990's, but I'm saying 90's just to be safe. It's also not specifically listed as Indian cotton, but it really seems like it is. It's that perfectly soft lightweight kind of cotton. It is a rather full skirt that zips and buttons on the side for closure. It is slightly sheer, but because of its volume is not really noticeable while wearing.
