1970's Neon Floral Cape Top Chiffon Dress

Although it's not super obvious, we're guessing that this dress was a custom, handmade maternity piece, as most of the other pieces in this woman's dress collection were much smaller. The dress is sleeveless with a chiffon cape overlay, and it has a visible purple gingham lining.
